Scarlett Joowon Jung is the Co-CEO of Vespexx, an AI powered femtech startup built on in vitro diagnostic technology. She began her career at one of San Francisco's largest nonprofits, where her immersion in women's health first took root. As one of Korea's first generation femtech pioneers, she has spent the past decade shaping the space across roles as a founder, investor, consultant, and product manager, working at the intersection of AI, platform, and media. She now leads Signaling, a couple wellness platform with over 800,000 users across Asia, and Soonr, a couple fertility platform entering the U.S. market.
